SAGE – THE PLANT

Or Clary or Clary Sage. Scientific name: Salvia Sclarea.

Description: Aromatic plant with fluffy shoots, with a height of 10-120 cm., heart-shaped leaves and white, pink or blue flowers.

Origins: Europe, wild or cultivated.
